Learning New Means Letting Go of the Old
February 3rd, 2010Chinese have a saying about how you should stop digging when you find yourself in a hole. Learning new things about your business and yourself works the same. If you want to learn something new, you have to be ready to trash some of your existing convictions. Otherwise you’ll be just convincing yourself of how “right” you are and have been.
